二、啟動(dòng)后的怠速運(yùn)行：準(zhǔn)備正常后，打開(kāi)燃?xì)忾y門(mén)，接上啟動(dòng)電源，打開(kāi)鑰匙，按下按鈕，-可啟動(dòng)機(jī)組。當(dāng)機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，注意機(jī)油壓力表，有正常的機(jī)油壓力，萬(wàn)萬(wàn)不可粗心大意。啟動(dòng)后要怠速運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間，一是用以觀察各處、各部件的運(yùn)行情況是否異常，有無(wú)異常聲響，有問(wèn)題處理、解決。怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)也是用來(lái)使機(jī)器升溫，冬季，這升溫很重要，將利于機(jī)器的使用。

三、正常的負(fù)載輸出：當(dāng)經(jīng)怠速觀察，且機(jī)組已達(dá)到了溫度（觀察水溫表即可）就可以操縱電調(diào)“油門(mén)”將機(jī)組升速到標(biāo)定的工作轉(zhuǎn)速，調(diào)整機(jī)組的電壓和頻率都達(dá)到標(biāo)定值，則可向外界合閘，輸出負(fù)載。為了合閘時(shí)外界有負(fù)載使用，建議合閘前交將空車(chē)的轉(zhuǎn)速（頻率）稍稍偏高些。負(fù)載變化時(shí)，注意調(diào)速“油門(mén)”手柄，即電子調(diào)速器的電位器，適應(yīng)輸出，使得電壓和頻率的穩(wěn)定。

3、 Normal load output: when the idle speed is observed and the unit has reached the temperature (just observe the water temperature meter), the electric adjustment "throttle" can be operated to speed up the unit to the rated working speed, and the voltage and frequency of the unit are adjusted to reach the calibration value, then the machine can be switched on to the outside to output the load. 7. The inner diameter of the outer main pipe of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kW shall not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part close to the engine shall not be less than 1 inch! 8、燃?xì)忭毭摿?、脫水、除塵，其中含流量≤0.25Nm3，氫氣≤10%；

8. The gas must be desulphurized, dehydrated and dedusted, with flow rate ≤ 0.25nm3 and hydrogen ≤ 10%;

9、發(fā)電機(jī)組冷卻水須用軟化水。

9. The cooling water of generator set must be softened water.
