靜音發(fā)電機組在前期和后期的安裝

靜音發(fā)電機組在前期生產(chǎn)后期的安裝中有很多需要注意的地方。靜音發(fā)電機組除具備系列柴油發(fā)電機組各項功能外,還具備以下特點:機組噪音低,總體機構緊湊,占用空間??;箱體全部為可拆卸式結構,箱體采用鋼板拼接而成,表面涂有高性能防銹漆,同時具備降噪和防雨功能;箱體內(nèi)部采用多層屏障阻抗錯配式消聲結構、內(nèi)置式大型阻抗式消音器。箱體結構設計合理,箱體內(nèi)部設有大容量油箱,左右同時設有兩扇檢修門,以便機組故障檢修;同時在箱體上開有觀察窗和機組緊急停機故障按鈕,以便觀察機組的運行情況及在機組出現(xiàn)緊急情況時以最快的速度停機避免機組受到損壞。今天我們談談靜音發(fā)電機組在消音器的選擇上,以及后期幾個系統(tǒng)設置要求。

2、排煙系統(tǒng)設置

盡可能降低排煙系統(tǒng)的背壓值。過高的背壓會負面影響燃燒效率,增加排氣溫度,從而導致發(fā)動機功率損失,縮短其工作壽命。因此,應盡量縮短煙管長度,減少彎頭個數(shù),減少消音器阻力及增大煙管直徑。

最方便的出口并非最佳的位置,設計師應綜合考慮風向、建筑物設計、布局、距離及排煙流速等因素。應避免排煙進入任何重要的鮮風入口(窗、門、進風口、柴油發(fā)電機組燃燒新鮮空氣入口、柴油發(fā)電機組冷卻通風入口等),防止新鮮空氣遭受排煙的污染;還應減少煙囪噪音對工人及鄰里的影響以及排煙中含帶的粉塵在相鄰建筑上的堆積。
