瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)使用期出現(xiàn)氣源等故障了解
實(shí)際上受制于氣源以及使用環(huán)境的變化，瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組在使用過程中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)故障，這些故障主要可分為：

1、氣源故障：瓦斯氣的濃度、流量過低,還有因瓦斯輸送管道上氣液分離器、干式阻火器堵塞造成氣體流通不暢,輸送管道漏氣等,機(jī)組供氣不足的現(xiàn)象統(tǒng)稱為氣源故障。
1. Gas source failure: the concentration and flow of gas are too low, the gas flow is blocked due to the blockage of gas-liquid separator and dry flame arrester on the gas transmission pipeline, and the transmission pipeline leaks. The phenomenon of insufficient gas supply of the unit is collectively referred to as gas source failure.
2、機(jī)組故障：機(jī)組故障主要包括機(jī)組本體零部件損壞。如潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)漏油、進(jìn)氣閥和排氣閥損壞等。
2. Unit failure: the unit failure mainly includes the damage of the unit body parts. Such as oil leakage of the lubricating system, damage of the inlet valve and exhaust valve, etc.
3、電氣故障：電氣故障主要包括點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)不點(diǎn)、電壓低、二次線連接觸不良、開關(guān)損壞等。
3. Electrical fault: electrical fault mainly includes ignition system spotless, low voltage, poor contact of secondary line connection, switch damage, etc.
在上述三類故障中，其中尤以機(jī)組故障尤為突出，其約占總體故障的70％左右，且發(fā)生故障后，導(dǎo)致的后果為嚴(yán)重。

啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障主要由以下原因造成：
The starting system failure is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1、啟動(dòng)電磁閥是否良好,電流、電壓是否正常。由于電磁閥內(nèi)接線空間較小,接線時(shí)很容易造成導(dǎo)線斷線,又不易被發(fā)現(xiàn),運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間由于導(dǎo)線或端子氧化等造成接觸不良,均會(huì)造成電磁閥無(wú)法啟動(dòng)；
1. Check whether the starting solenoid valve is in good condition and whether the current and voltage are normal. Due to the small wiring space in the solenoid valve, it is easy to cause wire breakage during wiring, and it is not easy to be found. The solenoid valve cannot be started due to poor contact caused by oxidation of wires or terminals during operation for a period of time;
2、壓縮空氣壓力是否正常,空氣屏內(nèi)是否有積水和雜質(zhì)、臟物造成主啟動(dòng)閥堵塞,無(wú)法開啟；
2. Whether the pressure of compressed air is normal, and whether there is water, impurities and dirt in the air screen that cause the main starting valve to be blocked and cannot be opened;
3、空氣分配器工作是否良好,由于機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)振動(dòng)較大、油質(zhì)較臟,空氣分配器內(nèi)滑塊邊緣易磨損,造成密封不嚴(yán)漏氣,此時(shí)機(jī)組也會(huì)因啟動(dòng)壓力不足,無(wú)法啟動(dòng)。
3. Whether the air distributor works well. Due to the large vibration and dirty oil during the operation of the unit, the edge of the sliding block in the air distributor is easy to wear, resulting in poor sealing and air leakage. At this time, the unit cannot be started due to insufficient starting pressure.
