焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)速忽快忽慢不穩(wěn)定。在檢查點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)沒(méi)有故障的情況下,故障可能發(fā)生在燃料供給系統(tǒng)、怠速步進(jìn)電機(jī)失控,此時(shí)應(yīng)檢查焦化裝置及電機(jī)。

I:
1)進(jìn)氣道是否有漏氣現(xiàn)象。

3)混合器閥芯有否卡滯現(xiàn)象。
3) Check whether the mixer valve core is stuck.
4)混合器膜片是否破損漏氣,造成有高速無(wú)低速現(xiàn)象。

n. Reasons for electronic control:
(1)、節(jié)氣門(mén)積炭有臟物或怠速控制閥有故障(堵塞);

(2)、傳感器線路或連接器有故障造成噴油器錯(cuò)誤調(diào)節(jié),這此傳感器主要有氧傳感器(導(dǎo)熱不良、電源接觸不良、頭部有積炭),進(jìn)氣溫度傳感器、進(jìn)氣歧管壓力傳感器(膠管堵塞、擠扁或漏氣)、節(jié)氣門(mén)位置傳感器;
(2) . faulty sensor circuit or connector causes incorrect adjustment of fuel injector. This sensor mainly includes oxygen sensor (poor heat conduction, poor power contact, carbon deposit on the head), intake air temperature sensor, intake manifold pressure sensor (rubber tube blocked, squashed or leaking), throttle position sensor;
