1、檢查傳動膠帶：檢查膠帶是否有裂紋，如出現(xiàn)縱向和橫向貫穿的裂紋，膠帶磨損或材料剝落等現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)更換膠帶。在膠帶的大跨距處測量其撓度。大撓度不應(yīng)大于13mm。如有膠帶張緊力測量儀，可在膠帶大跨距處測量其張力，張力極限為360～490N。

1. Check the drive belt: check whether there are cracks on the belt. If there are longitudinal and transverse cracks, belt wear or material peeling, replace the belt. Measure the deflection of the tape at the large span. Large deflection should not be more than 13mm. If there is a belt tension measuring instrument, the tension can be measured at the large span of the belt, and the tension limit is 360 ~ 490N.

2、定期清洗濾清器，清除積塵蓋上的塵土，細(xì)心地刷去紙質(zhì)芯清上的塵土，也可以用打氣筒從濾芯孔向外吹出塵土，防止紙質(zhì)濾芯損壞，如破損則應(yīng)更換。

2. Clean the filter regularly, remove the dust on the dust cover, and carefully brush the dust on the paper core. You can also use the air pump to blow out the dust from the center hole of the filter element to prevent the paper filter element from being damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.

3、更換冷卻液濾清器：車輛停止運行后，務(wù)必等冷卻液溫度低于50C后，方可拆下散熱器加水蓋。在更換冷卻液濾清器前，先關(guān)閉進出水截流閥，以防止熱的冷卻液噴霧傷人！拆下冷卻液濾清器并清潔濾清座密封平面。先在濾清器密封橡膠墊圈表面涂一層薄機油，再安裝冷卻液濾清器，擰緊力矩24±2N.m。

3. Replace the coolant filter: after the vehicle stops running, be sure to wait until the coolant temperature is lower than 50c before removing the radiator water cap. Before changing the coolant filter, close the inlet and outlet valve to prevent the spray from injure. Remove the coolant filter and clean the sealing surface of the filter base. Apply a thin layer of engine oil on the surface of the sealing rubber gasket of the filter, and then install the coolant filter. The tightening torque is 24 & plusmn; 2N.m。

4、安裝完后，務(wù)必打開燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組冷卻液濾清器進出水截流閥，再裝上散熱器加水蓋。
