1. The first thing to do is to unload: before the biogas generator unit is shut down, the load should be unloaded first.

2、怠速運(yùn)行：額定轉(zhuǎn)速下運(yùn)行幾分鐘，初步冷卻后，再將怠速/額定轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)置于“怠速”位置，使機(jī)組怠速運(yùn)行,使其水溫和油溫降下來(lái)。

2. Idle running: run at rated speed for a few minutes. After initial cooling, set the idle / rated transfer switch at "idle" position to make the unit run at idle speed to lower the water and oil temperature.

3、切斷氣源：當(dāng)機(jī)組“水溫”、“油溫”降低到60℃以下后，關(guān)閉手動(dòng)燃?xì)忾y門(mén)。剩余的燃?xì)饪墒箼C(jī)組繼續(xù)運(yùn)行1、2分鐘，燃?xì)夂谋M后，機(jī)組將自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

3. Cut off the gas source: when the "water temperature" and "oil temperature" of the unit are lower than 60 ℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas can make the unit continue to run for 1 or 2 minutes. When the gas is exhausted, the unit will stop automatically.

4、停機(jī)后，將控制屏面板上的鑰匙關(guān)閉。

4. After shutdown, turn off the key on the control panel.

5、除發(fā)生飛車或工作場(chǎng)所出現(xiàn)易燃?xì)獾纫馔馐鹿?，正常情況下嚴(yán)禁帶負(fù)荷停機(jī)。

5. In addition to accidents such as runaway or gas prone accidents in the workplace, it is strictly prohibited to stop the machine with load under normal circumstances.

6、若停機(jī)后需要長(zhǎng)期封存，應(yīng)將沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)組的冷卻水和機(jī)油放凈，將機(jī)組表面處理干凈，相關(guān)部位涂抹封存油，以免零件銹蝕。

6. If it needs to be sealed for a long time after shutdown, the cooling water and engine oil of biogas generator unit should be drained, the surface of the unit should be cleaned, and the relevant parts should be coated with sealing oil to avoid corrosion of parts.

7、緊急停機(jī)。正常運(yùn)行的發(fā)電機(jī)組，未按正常停機(jī)步驟停機(jī)都屬于緊急停機(jī)。主要有兩種情況：（1）發(fā)電機(jī)組因超速、油壓低等故障原因，自行報(bào)警停機(jī)。（2）在使用過(guò)程中，遇到危及人身及設(shè)備安全的緊急情況時(shí)，發(fā)電運(yùn)行人員按下“緊急停車”按鈕，人為機(jī)組停車。緊急停機(jī)的處理措施：切斷電源，用盤(pán)車工具人力盤(pán)轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，同時(shí)用手動(dòng)機(jī)油泵泵油，帶機(jī)組水溫、油溫降至60℃以下后，在進(jìn)行檢查處理。

7. Emergency stop. Normal operation of the generator unit, not according to the normal shutdown steps are emergency shutdown. There are two main situations: (1) the generator unit automatically alarms and stops due to overspeed and low oil pressure. (2) In the process of use, in case of emergency endangering personal and equipment safety, the power generation operator presses the "emergency stop" button to stop the unit manually. Treatment measures for emergency shutdown: cut off the power supply, turn the crankshaft manually with turning tool, and pump oil with hand motor oil pump at the same time. After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop to below 60 ℃, check and handle.
