瓦斯發(fā)電機組遇到故障怎么解決才好？

一、如遇外電來電后瓦斯發(fā)電機不能自動停機操作：
1、 If the gas generator can not automatically stop operation after external power supply:
1. 手動停機，直接將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點方向轉(zhuǎn)至12點方向，這是發(fā)電機停機;
1. Manual shutdown, directly turn the universal change-over switch from 3:00 to 12:00, which is the generator shutdown;
2. 打開2#低壓配電柜，上方開關(guān)為動力開關(guān)，下方為照明開關(guān)，在照明開關(guān)左邊有一小三角論，請操作人員員戴上絕緣手套，向上轉(zhuǎn)動三角輪，待聽到響聲后即已經(jīng)合閘送電;
2. Turn on the 2 ? low voltage distribution cabinet. The upper switch is the power switch, and the lower part is the lighting switch. There is a small triangle on the left side of the lighting switch. Please put on insulating gloves and turn the triangle wheel upward. After hearing the noise, the power supply has been switched on;
3. 關(guān)閉柜門，將發(fā)電機由手動狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)至自動狀態(tài)，恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。
3. Close the cabinet door, turn the generator from manual state to automatic state and resume production.
二、如遇接到停電通知時，請?zhí)崆皽y試瓦斯發(fā)電機運行狀態(tài)，確保停電時正常運行!啟機步驟如下：

瓦斯發(fā)電機組
1. 檢查瓦斯氣壓力、潤滑油油位、兩水箱的冷卻液液位，
1. Check gas pressure, lubricating oil level and coolant level of two water tanks,
2. 將發(fā)電機有自動狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換至手動狀態(tài);將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點方向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至12點方向為手動狀態(tài);
2. Switch the generator from automatic state to manual state; rotate the universal transfer switch from 3-point direction to 12:00 direction to manual state;
3. 斷開左下方發(fā)電機斷路器;將斷路器手柄扳至下方極為斷開;
3. Disconnect the generator circuit breaker at the lower left; pull the handle of the circuit breaker to the lower pole to disconnect it;
4. 啟動發(fā)電機;將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由12點方向向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至6點方向即為點火啟動機器;
4. Start the generator; turn the universal change-over switch from 12:00 to 6:00 to start the machine;
5. 機器啟動運行后請仔細關(guān)注電壓400V,頻率50HZ，轉(zhuǎn)速1500轉(zhuǎn)，運行10分鐘待水溫上升至60℃時，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由6點方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至9點方向即為待機運行狀態(tài)，5分鐘后機器會自動停機;
5. After the machine is started, please pay attention to the voltage of 400V, frequency of 50Hz, speed of 1500 rpm, and run for 10 minutes. When the water temperature rises to 60 ℃, turn the universal change-over switch from 6 o'clock to 9:00 o'clock, which is the standby operation mode. After 5 minutes, the machine will stop automatically;
6. 測試結(jié)束后，請回復(fù)斷路器合閘狀態(tài)，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由9點方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至3點方向，待停電時會自動啟機。
6. After the test, please return to the closing state of the circuit breaker, turn the universal transfer switch from 9:00 to 3:00, and the machine will start automatically when the power is cut off.
