1. 查看機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)各缸的燃?xì)庹{(diào)節(jié)閥是否松動，若無松動，還需停機(jī)檢查點(diǎn)火線圈 與火花塞是否有故障。

2. 如果單缸排溫異常，需要檢查一下是不是儀表顯示的問題。

3. 如果整體排溫異常，需要檢查是否是氣體濃度變化或點(diǎn)火不良導(dǎo)致。

If the overall exhaust temperature is abnormal, it is necessary to check whether it is caused by changes in gas concentration or poor ignition.

廠家介紹，當(dāng)無法確切排查到故障根源時(shí)，可以考慮置換法。例如，如果考慮是點(diǎn)火控制器的故障，那么檢查時(shí)可以單獨(dú)對點(diǎn)火控制器進(jìn)行調(diào)整，觀察故障是否還會發(fā)生，來確定是否是點(diǎn)火控制器的問題。
