When discharging water, because the temperature of the external environment of silent generator set is too low, the cooling water should be discharged when the water temperature drops 15 minutes after shutdown, It does not mean that the emission will be carried out as soon as the engine is shut down, otherwise the temperature difference between the fuselage and the external environment will be too large, resulting in the deformation of some parts of the silent generator set, which will affect the service performance of the diesel engine.

而機組在進行放水的時候要在周邊注意觀察水流的具體狀況，主要查看水流是否順暢，看看水流是否出現(xiàn)變小或時快時慢的現(xiàn)象。若出現(xiàn)這些情況，則是說明冷卻水中含有雜質(zhì)，阻礙水的正常流出，此時更好的辦法就是將放水開關拆下來，讓冷卻水直接從機體內(nèi)流出來。若是發(fā)現(xiàn)水流仍然是不順暢的話，那么這個時候就應該使用鐵絲等較硬且細長的鋼性物品進行疏通，直到水流暢通為止。

當冷卻水停止流出后，我們更好是將靜音發(fā)電機組再搖轉(zhuǎn)幾圈，這樣為了將里面剩余的水、不易流出的冷卻水利用柴油機的震動而流凈，等放水結(jié)束后，放水開關應處于開啟狀態(tài)，以防止冷卻水一時無法流出而凍壞柴油機相應的部件造成不必要的損失。

Finally, when the cooling water stops flowing out, we'd better rotate the silent generator set for a few more revolutions, so as to make use of the vibration of the diesel engine to clean the remaining water and the cooling water that is not easy to flow out. After the water drainage is completed, the water drainage switch should be turned on to prevent the cold water from flowing out and freezing the corresponding parts of the diesel engine, resulting in unnecessary losses.

柴油機的冷卻水要是盡心排放的時候要注意排放的步驟，必須要保證將冷卻水一次性的排放干凈，以免里面的殘留水對柴油機造成不必要的損失，以保障機組運轉(zhuǎn)正常。
