瓦斯發(fā)電瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器事項(xiàng)介紹
在使用瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組時(shí)，要注意增壓器的使用情況：
When using gas generator set, attention should be paid to the usage of supercharger
增壓器在高速、高溫、下工作，渦輪進(jìn)口溫度可高達(dá)650°左右，標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)速27500r/min，使用中特別注意做好維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作。
The turbocharger works at high speed, high temperature and low temperature. The turbine inlet temperature can reach about 650 ° and the rated speed is 27500r / min. special attention should be paid to the maintenance work in use.
1.新啟用或維修后的增壓器，裝機(jī)前應(yīng)用手撥動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子檢查轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)情況，正常情況下，轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)輕快、靈活、無卡滯和異常聲響;
1. For the supercharger after new use or maintenance, the rotor should be manually moved to check the rotation of the rotor before installation. Under normal conditions, the rotor should be light, flexible, free of stagnation and abnormal sound;
2.接好潤滑管路，保持潤滑油路暢通，采用浮動(dòng)軸承，對潤滑油要求較高，正常工作時(shí)，機(jī)油壓力應(yīng)保持在300-500kPa之間，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速時(shí)，增壓器的進(jìn)油壓力應(yīng)不低于80kPa;
2. Connect the lubricating pipeline, keep the lubricating oil pipeline unblocked, adopt floating bearing, and have higher requirements for lubricating oil. During normal operation, the oil pressure should be maintained between 300-500kpa, and the oil inlet pressure of supercharger should not be lower than 80kPa when the engine is idling;
3.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，注意觀察增壓器進(jìn)油口壓力，3秒內(nèi)必須有壓力顯示。否則增壓器因缺少潤滑油而燒壞;
3. After the engine is started, pay attention to observe the pressure at the oil inlet of the supercharger. There must be a pressure display within 3 seconds. Otherwise, the supercharger will burn out due to lack of lubricating oil;
4.增壓器渦輪殼為高溫部位，操作人員應(yīng)注意避免高溫燙傷。
4. Turbocharger turbine shell is a high temperature part, so operators should pay attention to avoid high temperature scald.
5.調(diào)壓閥的調(diào)節(jié)，逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓力減小，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓力增大。
5. The adjustment of the pressure regulating valve, counter clockwise rotation, pressure decreases, clockwise rotation, pressure increases.
