發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)該做哪些工作？

1、檢查傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的鏈接螺栓，如果沒有緊固要緊固好。
1. Check the connecting bolts of the transmission structure, and tighten them if they are not tightened.
2、開啟打氣泵的排污閥。
2. Open the blowdown valve of the air pump.
3、檢查離合器手柄壓力是不是正常，超速保險(xiǎn)裝置有沒有定位。

1、對(duì)于停機(jī)超過25h的機(jī)組，要先打開試動(dòng)閥，并啟動(dòng)機(jī)油泵，對(duì)于停機(jī)超過7天的機(jī)組，得先測(cè)量勵(lì)磁機(jī)及操作電路的絕緣電阻。
1. For the unit shut down for more than 25 hours, the test run valve shall be opened and the oil pump shall be started. For the unit shut down for more than 7 days, the insulation resistance of exciter and operating circuit shall be measured first.
2、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)之后，查看機(jī)油壓力表的指示值，如果升到規(guī)定值以上必須停止機(jī)油泵且要關(guān)閉掃氣泵排污閥，穿好前離合器螺釘。
2. After the diesel generator set is running, check the indicated value of the oil pressure gauge. If it rises above the specified value, the oil pump must be stopped, the drain valve of scavenging pump must be closed, and the front clutch screw shall be put on.

發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)該做哪些工作？
