　　Technical maintenance of coal mine gas generator set無論高濃度和低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組,由于天然氣的特殊性必須注意檢測(cè)和維護(hù)的發(fā)電機(jī)組,發(fā)電機(jī)組的維護(hù)應(yīng)該靈活控制啟動(dòng)的累積時(shí)間。

瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組
　　1. Check the daily work report of the generator unit, and arrange maintenance and necessary adjustment according to the daily work report.
　　2.檢查發(fā)電機(jī)組平面和冷卻液平面，主要區(qū)分油標(biāo)尺的高標(biāo)志和位置標(biāo)志。冷卻后必須對(duì)冷卻平面進(jìn)行檢查。
　　2. Check the generator unit plane and coolant plane, mainly distinguish the high mark and position mark of oil scale. The cooling plane must be checked after cooling.
　　3.檢查發(fā)電機(jī)組是否損壞，皮帶是否松動(dòng)或磨損。如皮帶松動(dòng)或打滑，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整或更換。

　　2、 Class B maintenance and inspection of coal mine gas generator set下列維護(hù)操作是在A級(jí)維護(hù)檢查的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。
　　The following maintenance operations are carried out on the basis of A-level maintenance inspection.
　　1. 更換發(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)油，更換時(shí)間為250小時(shí)或1個(gè)月。換油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不得超過油表上的高標(biāo)記。
　　1. Change the engine oil of generator set for 250 hours or 1 month. The oil change standard shall not exceed the high mark on the oil gauge.
　　2. 更換發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油濾清器。在安裝新的機(jī)油濾清器之前，更好在密封件上涂一層機(jī)油。不要過緊機(jī)油濾清器，否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致漏油。
　　2. Replace the oil filter of the generator set. Before installing a new oil filter, it is best to apply a coat of oil to the seal. Do not over tighten the oil filter, otherwise it will cause oil leakage.
