We should note that during the discharge of waste gas from the new pool of the biogas generator unit, it is prohibited to conduct a fire test at the outlet of the gas conduit to avoid flashback and explosion of the pool.

清池檢修時(shí)，須在沼氣技術(shù)員的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行，禁單獨(dú)操作。需要特別注意的是，在清空池體后立即通風(fēng)1—2天，方可入池。入池前須進(jìn)行動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)，待池內(nèi)氧氣充足后再下池操作，以防因氧氣不足而窒息。 同時(shí)，池內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁點(diǎn)火吸煙。

During the cleaning and maintenance of the pool, it must be carried out under the guidance of the biogas technician, and individual operations are prohibited. Special attention should be paid to immediately ventilate the pool for 1-2 days after emptying it before entering the pool. Animal testing must be conducted before entering the pool, and the operation can only be carried out when there is sufficient oxygen in the pool to prevent suffocation due to insufficient oxygen. Meanwhile, ignition and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool.

不允許各種農(nóng)藥及有害雜物入池，以免殺死沼氣微生物，影響產(chǎn)氣。

Various pesticides and harmful substances are not allowed to enter the pool to avoid killing biogas microorganisms and affecting gas production.

室外管路應(yīng)采取防曬保護(hù)措施，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命，以免管路風(fēng)化，引起漏氣。

Outdoor pipelines should take sun protection measures to extend their service life and prevent weathering, which may cause air leakage.

燈灶具要遠(yuǎn)離易燃物品，以免引起火災(zāi)。

Lights and stoves should be kept away from flammable materials to prevent fires.

當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)漏氣時(shí)，及時(shí)關(guān)閉氣源，打開(kāi)門窗，禁生火吸煙開(kāi)關(guān)電器，以免發(fā)生火災(zāi)。

When air leakage is found, turn off the air source in a timely manner, open doors and windows, and prohibit starting fires or smoking. Switch on electrical appliances to avoid a fire.

嚴(yán)禁在沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組沼氣池5m范圍內(nèi)生火，以免發(fā)生不安全事故。

It is strictly prohibited to start a fire within a 5m range of the biogas digester of the biogas generator set to avoid unsafe accidents.

日常出料時(shí)，禁吸煙點(diǎn)火。

Smoking and ignition are prohibited during daily discharge.

燃燒過(guò)廢棄的紗罩含有毒物質(zhì)，應(yīng)深埋處理，嚴(yán)禁手摸誤食。

Burnt and discarded gauze covers contain toxic substances and should be buried deep for disposal. It is strictly prohibited to touch or ingest them by hand.

建池及進(jìn)出料時(shí)，應(yīng)特別注意安全，并及時(shí)進(jìn)行保護(hù)措施，以防人畜掉入池中。
