瓦斯發(fā)電機充電電流過小的現象介紹!

瓦斯發(fā)電機在不斷的使用中難免會出現這樣或者那樣的故障,由發(fā)電機技術人員對機組進行檢修,故障排除后方可再次投入運行,比如說在使用瓦斯發(fā)電機組時,當機組起動至額定轉速后,有時會碰到發(fā)電機充電電流過小,對瓦斯發(fā)電機技術人員來說,這種故障是小問題,解決起來就是小菜一碟,但是對普通操作人員來還是比較復雜的,那么解決的辦法是什么呢?發(fā)電機充電電流過小這種故障一般是由于個別硅二極管引線脫焊斷開或電刷與滑環(huán)接觸不良所造成的,具體原因如下:
The gas generator will inevitably have this or that kind of fault in continuous use. The generator technician will repair the unit and remove the fault before putting it into operation again. For example, when using the gas generator unit, when the unit starts to the rated speed, sometimes the charging current of the generator is too small. For the gas generator technician, This kind of fault is a small problem. It's a piece of cake to solve, but it's more complicated for ordinary operators. So what's the solution? The generator charging current is too small. This fault is generally caused by the disconnection of individual silicon diode leads or poor contact between the brush and the slip ring. The specific reasons are as follows:
1、皮帶打滑。
1. The belt is slipping.
2、調節(jié)器電壓偏低。電壓調節(jié)器的功能:電壓調節(jié)器通過對發(fā)電機交流勵磁機勵磁電流的控制,實現對輸出電壓的自動調節(jié)。發(fā)電機電壓調節(jié)器可滿足普通60/50Hz及中頻400Hz單機或并列運行的發(fā)電機使用。通過控制勵磁分流電流的大小,從而改變勵磁電流,達到調節(jié)發(fā)電機電壓的目的。
2. The regulator voltage is low. Function of voltage regulator: the voltage regulator can automatically adjust the output voltage by controlling the excitation current of generator AC exciter. 3、瓦斯發(fā)電機磁場線搭鐵或磁場線圈局部搭鐵短路等。磁場線搭鐵或磁場線圈局部搭鐵短路,則導致發(fā)電機不勵磁,就不發(fā)電或電流過小。用萬用表測量發(fā)電機磁專場接線柱和接地接線柱之間的電阻止值就可知道,若測得的電阻值與規(guī)定的電阻值很接近,說明是正常的,如果電阻測不出來,萬用表沒有指示,則說明勵磁回路不通。
3. The magnetic field wire of gas generator is grounded or the magnetic field coil is locally grounded and short circuited. If the magnetic field line is grounded or the magnetic field coil is locally grounded, the generator will not generate electricity or the current will be too small if it is not excited. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance stop value between the generator magnetic field terminal and the grounding terminal. If the measured resistance value is very close to the specified resistance value, it means that it is normal. If the resistance can not be measured and the multimeter does not indicate, it means that the excitation circuit is blocked.
4、發(fā)電機硅二極管引線脫焊斷開,使電樞線圈一相或二相斷路。

5、電刷與滑環(huán)接觸不好(滑環(huán)上有臟物,碳刷磨損太大,彈簧壓力不足等),接觸電阻較大,使激磁電流變小。

發(fā)電機充電電流過小的解決方法:
The solution of generator charging current is too small:
1、對瓦斯發(fā)電機電刷與滑環(huán)接觸情況進行檢查,查看是否發(fā)現異常;

2、用萬用表直流電壓擋測量調節(jié)器輸出電壓,查看輸出電壓是否高或低于正常范圍;

3、用萬用表直流電壓擋測量發(fā)電機輸出電壓,發(fā)現輸出電壓為5V(測量時要斷開調節(jié)器與蓄電池的接線),這證明故障在充電發(fā)電機上。

4、在測量二極管時,發(fā)現有4個二極管燒壞。更換二極管,對瓦斯發(fā)電機進行裝配,然后起動發(fā)電機至1300r/min時,儀表盤上的充電電流表顯示為15A,說明發(fā)電機充電正常。
