1、檢查機(jī)油壓力，機(jī)油溫度、冷卻水溫度、充電電流等儀表指示是否正常。一般機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓力應(yīng)為150~390kPa，機(jī)油溫度應(yīng)為70℃~90℃，進(jìn)水溫度應(yīng)為55℃~65℃，出水溫度應(yīng)為75℃~85℃。
1. Check whether the oil pressure, oil temperature, cooling water temperature, charging current and other instrument indications are normal. Generally, the oil pressure of the unit shall be 150 ~ 390kpa, the oil temperature shall be 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, the water inlet temperature shall be 55 ℃ ~ 65 ℃, and the water outlet temperature shall be 75 ℃ ~ 85 ℃.
2、觀察發(fā)電機(jī)的電壓、電流和頻率是否正常。在負(fù)荷正常時(shí)，頻率為50Hz，電壓應(yīng)為額定值，電流不超過(guò)額定值，三相電流不平衡度應(yīng)不超過(guò)25%。
2. Observe whether the voltage, current and frequency of the generator are normal. When the load is normal, the frequency is 50Hz, the voltage shall be rated, the current shall not exceed the rated value, and the three-phase current imbalance degree shall not exceed 25%.
3、觀察柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的顏色是否正常。正常的排氣顏色為無(wú)色或淡灰色，不正常時(shí)為深灰色，超負(fù)荷時(shí)為黑色。
3. Observe whether the color of diesel generator is normal. The normal exhaust color is colorless or light gray, dark gray when abnormal, and black when overload.
4、檢查機(jī)組有無(wú)漏油、漏水、漏風(fēng)、漏氣和漏電現(xiàn)象。
