　　一、失敗原因

　　1、 Reason for failure

　　1. 瓦斯發(fā)電機組起動器與飛輪齒圈嚙合不良，有時會發(fā)生碰撞，造成齒輪損壞或單面磨損。如果齒面連續(xù)損壞或嚴重磨損超過三次，則啟動齒輪和齒圈很難嚙合。

　　1. The starter of gas generator set and flywheel ring gear are not meshed well, sometimes there will be collision, resulting in gear damage or single side wear. If the tooth surface is damaged continuously or severely worn more than three times, it is difficult for the starting gear and ring gear to mesh.

　　2、 Repair method

　　1. 如果飛輪的齒輪環(huán)上有三顆以上的齒被損壞，如果這兩顆齒對著起動機，就不能嚙合。在這種情況下，您可以使用撬棒撬車輪環(huán)周圍的角度和重新啟動。損壞的飛輪齒一般可以焊接，嚴重的需要更換飛輪齒圈和起動機。

　　1. If more than three teeth on the flywheel gear ring are damaged, if the two teeth are facing the starter, they cannot be engaged. In this case, you can use a crowbar to pry the angle around the wheel rings and restart. The damaged flywheel gear can be welded generally, and the flywheel gear ring and starter need to be replaced seriously.

　　2. 若飛輪齒圈一側齒面磨損嚴重，可將齒圈壓下，前后端面翻轉后再裝上飛輪使用。

Check whether the clutch is damaged, then check whether the plunger of the injection pump is stuck, and whether the engine has foreign matters and other faults.
